There's no branch location in Highland Village - we work the town from Frisco, so booking starts with a call where we get the details that matter: roughly how old the door is, what it's doing (won't open, slams down, grinds on the way up), and whether anyone's touched the spring or opener before. That's enough for us to load the right parts before the truck leaves.
Because of the 15-mile run, we plan the visit rather than treat it as a drop-in stop between closer jobs. If the fix turns out to need a part we don't carry as a matter of course - an odd-length track section or a spring size that's harder to find on original 1990s hardware - we'll say so on site and get it sourced rather than guess and come back twice. That's the honest version of how a job here goes: most repairs are done same-visit, but original-hardware jobs sometimes aren't.
